# Mohsen Mahmodpour — Vancouver, BC

> I put AI to work inside real businesses. Tell me where your business is stuck. I build the thing that unsticks it.

Maybe you want to grow and the manual work is the ceiling. Maybe you have systems that already run the business and AI has to fit into them, not replace them. Maybe you are starting from nothing. All three are my work — and after fifteen years across engineering, operations and growth, I have seen what actually survives contact with a real business.

- **Growth:** Grow past manual work
- **Existing systems:** AI that fits what runs today
- **From scratch:** Start from nothing, ship a system

## The throughline

**Not a list of job titles. One habit, kept for fifteen years.**

My career started with circuits and code, expanded through field leadership and business operations, and returned to technology with a sharper question: how can a system make a real decision easier, faster, or more intelligent?

## The journey · 2006 – today

**Eleven chapters. One direction.** From relay logic in Tehran to AI products in Vancouver. Walk the whole road chapter by chapter, next to my full résumé. [Walk the journey & résumé](https://mrmp.pro/en/about#journey)

## Your turn

**Fifteen years of building systems. The next one could be yours.**

Every chapter of that journey ended the same way: something messy became something that works. A missed call becomes a booked job. A spreadsheet nobody trusts becomes a dashboard. An idea you keep postponing becomes a product. If part of your work feels harder than it should, that is exactly where I start.

- **15+ Years building systems** — Hardware, web, operations, AI
- **140+ People led at Samsung** — Nationwide commercial operations, 2014 – 2020
- **3 University degrees** — Electrical · ICT · M.Sc. Entrepreneurship
- **4 Products in active build** — Voice AI · marketing intelligence · civic data · web

## What people ask me for: Four kinds of problem I keep getting called about.

If yours sounds like one of these, you are in the right place. If it does not, tell me anyway — most of the work I take on starts as something nobody has a clean name for yet.

### 01. Nobody here has time to do the marketing (Growth)

So the business stays invisible online while the actual work gets done. I build the loop that watches the market, drafts what needs saying, and still leaves you the last word on it.

### 02. Every missed call is a job someone else got (Operations)

A voice agent that answers on the first ring, works out what the caller actually wants, and puts it straight in the calendar — at night, on weekends, and while you are up a ladder.

### 03. The data is all there, but nobody can use it (Data)

Scattered records turned into something a person can search, see, and decide from. A surprising number of “we need AI” conversations turn out to be this one.

### 04. The systems we already run are the bottleneck (Existing systems)

Web, search, and internal tooling rebuilt around how the business actually works — with AI added where it earns its place, not bolted on top of everything.

## How an idea becomes a system

1. **Signal — Every system starts as noise.** A missed call. A spreadsheet nobody trusts. An idea you keep postponing. That is the raw material — and it is enough to begin.
2. **Foundation — Find the real constraint.** Before any tool, we find the decision, the friction, or the lost opportunity that actually matters. Fifteen years of wiring, operations, and products taught me where to look.
3. **Architecture — Connect strategy to execution.** Web, data, automation, and people — designed to survive real operations, real customers, and changing conditions. Not a template.
4. **Intelligence — Make complexity feel simple.** AI only where it earns its place: answering, deciding, following up. The hardest engineering should become the clearest experience.

## Open channel: Have a complex idea that needs a clear system?

Tell me what you need in plain words. I read every message myself.

**Free · 30 minutes — Your first call is on me.** Thirty minutes to understand your situation and map the first step. No obligation, no sales pitch.

What happens next:

1. **You tell me what you need.** Four short steps — about three minutes.
2. **I reply within one business day.** Personally, with first thoughts and a few times to talk.
3. **We talk for 30 minutes, free.** Video, phone, or chat — in English or Persian.
4. **You leave with a clear next step.** Whether we work together or not.

## MRMP Bench — a Persian AI benchmark

**Which AI model is actually better in Persian?** Every model sits the same fixed Persian test: 20 questions and 8 interactive builds, scored by code, a real browser and a jury from three companies. I review each one on YouTube. https://bench.mrmp.pro

## An interactive side of the practice

**Some ideas need to be experienced, not explained.** The spatial lab is where I test interaction, motion, WebGL, and new ways for people to understand complex systems. [Enter the 3D Lab](https://mrmp.pro/en/lab)
